A Letter of Complaint about a Commodity
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you of my complaint about the mobile phone I ordered on your shopping web.
First, the product was scheduled to arrive last Saturday, but to my disappointment, I did not receive it until this Friday.
What is worse, I found that the mobile phone did not meet my order requirement.
What I ordered was a black one, but I got a white one.
As a matter of fact, the delay of delivery and wrong commodity has caused much inconvenience to me.
Your company has always enjoyed an excellent reputation among customers
and that is why I decided to make purchase on your shopping web.
Here I demand a refund and your explanations for the unpleasant service you have provided.
