In a word, it takes the joint efforts of individuals and government to fight against the cyber crimes. Only in this way can we build a harmonious and safe environment for the development of the internet.

If I am suffering from the cyber crimes, I will resort to the laws without hesitation to protect my interests. Afterwards, I will inform my relatives and friends of my experience in the hope that they will be alert and know how to protect themselves when they encounter similar situations.
