　　As is shown in the cartoon, a girl said to her mother,“Good news mom!I was accepted to the college of your choice.” To our surprise, the girl’s look and clothes are just the same as her mother’s. Simple as the picture is, the symbolic meaning behind it is as deep as an ocean.

　　In the modern society, it is very common that nearly most of parents do the everything that it should be done by their children. So the children will become increasingly vulnerable. When they have to make their own choices, they even don’t know how to make a right choice, still less to say to be a winner in this competitive society.

　　Independence is the soul of man's survival. As a matter of fact,the society of the 21st century is full of competition and challenges, but it also means that facing the competition and development, we must learn to think independently, bravely to make our own choices! When a person is in a critical moment of life, he really needs parents’ choices, but please remember that reliance on is not dependent on! Setting up the consciousness of independence and mastering the independent ability to survive, you will face a bright future.
