英语四级词汇讲解丨归纳：连接词

If you want to teach your children how to say sorry, you must be good at sayingit yourself, especiaiiy to your own children.

英语四级译文:

如果你想教会你的孩子如何向别人说对不起，那么你自己必须会说，尤其是会对你的孩子说。

四级词汇讲解:

本句的主干是you must be good at..，其中，if引导条件状语从句，本句中的how to say sorry为teach的宾语。

be good at是常用固定短语，意为“擅长，善于”，后面可以接名词或者动名词。

英语四级归纳:

宾语从句中的连接词一般为that，此时that可以省略。其他连接词的用法如下:

※ 从句为一般疑问句时，常选择连接词if或whether，两者常可互换使用。但在句中出现or not时，连接词只使用whether。如:

I don't know whether he will come or not tomorrow.我不知道他明天来不来。

※ 当宾语从句为特殊疑问句时，常选择what, when, where, which, who, how等疑问代词或疑问副词作连接词。如:

Could you tell me where the nearest hospital is?你能告诉我最近的医院在哪里吗?
