高考制度是一种应试制度，但同时也给诸多的执法人员、参考人员提供了作假的机会，每年的高考中，各地均发现有弄虚作假者，这也体现了应试制度的缺陷性。虽然高考制度存在着这样的弊端，但它在公正、客观地选拔人才上起到了不可忽视的作用。
