本句型是比较两种观点的句型，通常用在议论文的中间部分，可以用于引导其他详细的分析。take the view that..。意为“认为”。如:

He takes the view that people shall be responsible for their own action.他的观点是，人应对自己的行为负责。

claim意为“要求，主张，声称，断言”。如:

Did you claim on the insurance after your car accident? 出了车祸后，你向保险公司索赔了吗?

本句型在替换时，可以将take the view that...替换为take a view of…，主要根据内容以及表达的需要而选择使用哪个。此外，claim一词可以替换为say, stats等表达意见的词或者短语。
