好，回到考试的话题。既然考了，无论你之前有没有考虑过这两个方面，都要回答。你可能没深入思考自己该怎么面对失业和创业，但一定听过、看过有关的报道、讨论、文章等，这个时候需要你脑洞大开，组织语言表达自己的想法。文都教育英语老师跟大家聊聊这两个话题。
“失业”的英文表达有如下几种：unemployment, be unemployed, be out of work, lose one’s job等。那“失业人口”就这样说: people who are unemployed/out of work/ lose their job或者直接用the unemployed来表达。“中国的失业人口很庞大”的英文表达就是这样的：The number of people who are unemployed/out of work/ lose their job is huge.
那我们该如何帮助失业的人呢？大家可能有不同的想法，但是一定要找自己会表达的句子。以下范本可供借鉴：
//The government should help the unemployed to change their ideas about employment.
//The employment-work department should organize relevant trainings to help the people who are out of work to improve skills.
//Relevant governmental departments should set up various employment platforms to widen the employment channels.

其实，创业也是解决失业问题的一个方法，可以自然地从“失业”谈到“创业”（start a business）。那大学生创业都需要什么呢？这个是个很宽泛的话题，可以从制度方面谈，也可以从大学生自身素质方面谈。制度方面，大家可能接触比较少，但创业，都需要哪些素质，大学生还是有话可说的。有如下表达：
//The college students who want to start a business should study from the predecessors, the successful entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurship mentor.
//The college students hoping to start a business shouldn’t rush and should be patient. As to start a business involves many risks, the young people have to be thoughtful about matters and avoid hasty decisions.
//The college students hoping to start a business should be a responsible person and can stand up from failures. It is bound to meet many difficulties and setbacks during the process, but the college students have to be responsible for the failures and never say giving up.
