　　University Ranking

　　There is a phenomenon nowadays that the university ranking is prevailing among the public. Is it blessing or curse?

　　Those who are for university ranking argue that it should be conducted annually. According to them, senior high school students can, via university ranking, get acquainted with the university on a general basis and prepare them for the further education after they are enrolled in the university. Those who are against university ranking maintain that university ranking will put the university under tremendous pressure for the very reason that the university just gives priority to university ranking, not attaching importance to the enhancement of the educational level. Secondly, it is arousing public concern whether university ranking is conducted in a scientific way.

　　From my perspective, I cling to the belief that the advantage of university ranking outweighs disadvantage in that university ranking can make the public well informed of the information of the university and the public will have a profound and comprehensive evaluation of them. (165字)
